Ready for some Friday fun? Let’s play Can You Spot the Difference?
While you’re watching the KUSI video linked below (with Michael Turko of San Diego), see if you can spot the window “fins” on brand new double slider windows installed by condo owners Donna Villanueva and Diane Sindelar. (Have no idea what a window fin is? See here.)
And then see if you can tell the difference between Villanueva’s and Sindelar’s new windows, and some other new windows installed by their condo neighbors.
Can you spot the difference? Apparently, Imperial Beach Condo Association president Ruth Ann Eastburn can, as well as Jerry Bice of Legacy Management Company.
Even though both condo owners had the windows pre-approved by the Association prior to installation — with model numbers and specifications — the HOA Attorney has sent each of them a “cease and desist” letter. In fact, the HOA expects Villanueva and Sindelar to tear out brand new windows and replace them with windows that have smaller fins.
No, I am not making this up. Watch the video!
And read the comments.
