Condo Manager stole $75K over 24 years

Wow. Donna Gritzen, a 73-year-old former property manager of Trimont condominiums has just been arrested for embezzling $75,000 over a 24-year period. The theft was not discovered until after her retirement in 2014.

A new property manager alerted the condo association to financial discrepancies on the credit card statement. An audit uncovered unauthorized expenses.

Let’s do the math: $75,000 / 24 years = $3,125 per year on average.
